Five places where a person still sits between your website and your actual work, copying data across. We can close every one of them.
It is not one big system. It is small pieces, added one at a time, and each has a measurable output: a record in the CRM, a confirmed booking, a sent invoice.

Funnel

Enquiries and leads

The enquiry reaches you before the customer closes the tab.

A validated form writes the enquiry to your database and sends the notification where you actually look: email, WhatsApp, CRM. On FB Network the notification lands in email and on WhatsApp in under a second. On Balcon every submitted form is recorded in the CRM automatically, so a warm enquiry is in front of you while it is still warm.

Best for
Trades, services, B2B enquiries, price estimates
Runs on
Validated form, database write, notifications
Output
CRM record, email, WhatsApp

Bookings and orders

The order handles itself. You only confirm it.

The customer picks, submits and pays without having to message you. On bollu.sk the order runs through a CRM with an automatic notification on every purchase and a payment gateway that includes bank transfer, so orders arrive 24/7 and nobody answers them by hand. On Palihari888 we kept three direct booking channels: WhatsApp, phone, form.

Best for
Hospitality, accommodation, booked services, small shops
Runs on
Order flow, payment gateway, notifications
Output
Order, booking, confirmation

Phone

AI voice reception

It answers the calls that would otherwise ring into the void.

It picks up after hours, at the weekend, and during a rush when your hands are full. From the call it sends a structured note to email, to your CRM or as a message, wherever you actually look. If we connect it, it writes the appointment straight into your booking system or calendar. The Article 50 AI disclosure is set by default, not charged as an extra.

e-Invoice 2027

Electronic invoicing

The invoice leaves in a shape the state accepts. No retyping.

First we walk through where the invoice is born in your case: in the accounting program, in a web order, in the CRM, or in all three at once. Then we decide whether you need an integration at all or whether the provider's own app is enough, and that is a decision we can make in a single call. If an integration does make sense, we connect your system to the chosen provider's API, fill in the missing fields required by Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, push test invoices while the voluntary phase is still open, and settle the XML archive.

Custom integrations

Two systems that never spoke now hand each other the data.

Wherever a person sits between your website and the system you actually work in, copying things across, that is where an integration belongs. We connect forms, orders and documents to your system, and handle attachments and validation on the website side. Data stays in your own EU database: no international transfer, no third party sitting between you and your customer.

Best for
Firms with their own system, clinics, offices
Runs on
Your system's API, your own EU database
Output
Data where it belongs, no retyping

FAQ

Frequently asked.

  • 01

    What is worth automating first?

The place where you retype something by hand every day. Usually that is the path an enquiry takes from the form into the system you actually work in. We start with one piece, not with the whole system at once.

  • 02

Do I need a new website for this?

No. We add automations to a site you already have, as long as it can be connected. If it cannot, we say so in the brief, not after you sign.

  • 03

What about the EU AI Act?

When we build an AI automation or voice reception, the Article 50 disclosure is set by default, not charged as an extra. We cover the whole AI Act for a small business in a separate journal article.
