These Terms of Service govern the relationship between DevNova (Service Provider; trading as DevNova, IČO 54730775, registered seat Latorická 5132/35, 821 07 Bratislava – Podunajské Biskupice, Slovak Republic, contact b2b@devnova.eu) and the Client for the design, development, automation, and maintenance of websites, applications, and digital systems.
Each engagement is governed by a separate Service Agreement signed by both Parties prior to start of work. These Terms form the framework; the individual contract prevails where it differs.
