What you ask most often.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site goes offline, but we keep a backup for 90 days. Any time within that window we can switch it back on. There is no notice period — you cancel and the billing stops.
Who owns the code?
While you rent, the site runs on our hosting and the code stays with us — that is why the monthly price is this low. If you want to own the code, you move to a custom build from the price list and we credit half of what you paid over the last 12 months against the project.
Can I change the site later?
Yes. The care-plan covers copy and content edits — up to 30 minutes of work a month; unused time does not roll over. Bigger design changes we handle hourly.
Is the domain included?
We can buy and configure a domain, or connect the one you already have. We'll set up a company e-mail too — that's billed separately by the provider.
And when I outgrow it?
You move to a custom build and we credit half of what you paid over the last 12 months against the project. The template is a start, not a ceiling.
Refunds?
Within 7 days, as long as we haven't started deploying with your content. After launch it is custom work.
