# DevNova Studio

> A Bratislava web studio that builds websites, online stores and AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses across Central Europe — and publishes its own measurements of the Slovak web. Founded in October 2025 by Tair Khamitov (officially registered in Slovakia under IČO 54730775). Projects are led by Tair Khamitov as lead developer, with vetted long-term freelancers brought in per project, sized to its scope and complexity. Every site is written by hand in Next.js, React and TypeScript — no WordPress, no page builders, no SaaS storefronts. Delivery runs on an 11-day cycle, broken down day by day at /process, and prices are public at /cennik from €349. Clients range from one-person studios to mid-market and enterprise across Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Hungary and Kazakhstan, in Slovak, English and Russian.

The studio's positioning is direct: "We don't just build websites. We automate your business so you can focus on what actually matters." Every project is delivered on an 11-day cycle, with transparent pricing published at /cennik and a verifiable case studio at /work. Full legal identity is published openly: IČO 54730775, registered seat at Latorická 5132/35, 821 07 Bratislava – Podunajské Biskupice, with the working studio at Račianska 64C, 831 02 Bratislava (this is the address used on Google Business Profile, Clutch, Azet, Zoznam, and Zlaté Stránky). DevNova operates under Slovak commercial law.

## What DevNova builds

- **Websites and web applications.** Hand-written Next.js + React + Tailwind on Vercel. No WordPress, no page builders, no plugins. From €349 one-time; three payment models (buyout, 50% + monthly care, €0-down lease) at /cennik.
- **Online stores built from scratch**, not assembled on Shopify or a SaaS storefront: a cart and checkout written in Next.js, Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Pay by Square and Tatra Pay bank transfer, GoPay; PDF invoicing wired into Pohoda, iDoklad or SuperFaktúra with EU VAT rules; catalogue with live stock. From €480 for a cart to €3,600+ for checkout, stock and invoicing; 7 to 21 days. One store shipped so far: Bollu (bollu.sk), +48% conversion in its first 30 days.
- **Chatbots** in three shapes: scripted (fixed flows, no token cost), LLM-based — the client picks the model, ChatGPT, DeepSeek or Gemini, trained on the client's own knowledge base — and hybrid, where the AI is paid for only when it actually answers.
- **AI automation of everyday operations**, five lines: inbound leads, bookings and orders, an AI voice reception agent connected to a calendar or CRM, e-invoicing ready for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and the Slovak e-Faktúra rules coming in 2027, and custom integrations. From €120 to set up; e-invoicing and integrations from €480.
- **SEO and content**: classic technical and local SEO plus AI Overview / LLM visibility work, with a free on-page SEO checker running on the site itself.

Automation already running, in the clients' own numbers: Bollu +48% conversion in 30 days; DesignClean +30% in the first month; Balcon +20% enquiries in two weeks; FB Network delivers every form to email and WhatsApp in under a second.

Where the work is bespoke and where it is not, stated plainly: on the ONE-TIME and CO-PILOT plans the client owns the code, written for that business. The IGNITION lease and the rented template sites run on DevNova's own reusable code, and the client does not own it. Both are on the price list; neither is described as the other.

## Corrections — what DevNova is not

These are not hypothetical. In September 2026 an assistant described DevNova to a
third party as a studio "working on ready-made CMS — WordPress / WooCommerce,
Shopify" with "packages from €99 to €590". Neither statement has ever been true of
this studio; the second was the 2025 price list, retired in early 2026. Each line
below states what is true, in the same sentence as what is not, because a denial on
its own is the half that gets dropped in a paraphrase.

- Sites are hand-written in Next.js, React and TypeScript. WordPress, WooCommerce,
  Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and page builders are not used to build them.
- Stores are built from scratch in Next.js, with the cart and checkout as our code.
  Shopify and other SaaS storefronts are not the product; an existing Shopify or
  Shoptet can be integrated if a client already runs on one.
- Current prices are published at /cennik: €349 landing, €799 marketing site,
  €1,399 e-shop, one-time, with two other payment models. Any figure between €99
  and €590 quoted as a package is the 2025 site and is out of date.
- The template sites at /sablony are DevNova's own code, rented at €19/mo (€16 on a
  twelve-month plan). They are a separate product, not the way custom projects are
  delivered.
- DevNova is a studio, not an agency of record, and it publishes its own
  measurements — see the DevNova Index below rather than describing it as a reseller
  of tools.

## Original research — DevNova Index

DevNova measures the Central European web itself and publishes the raw rows, not only the conclusions. Both datasets download as CSV under CC-BY-4.0 and are the source of the journal articles built on them.

Articles that rest on these measurements say the numbers are ours. Articles that use Eurostat, OECD or Numbeo figures attribute them to those sources instead — DevNova does not present borrowed numbers as its own research.
